Upon expiry of the­se dead­lines, the rele­vant data is dele­ted if it is no lon­ger requi­red to exe­cu­te the con­tract or for busi­ness pur­po­ses, pro­vi­ding it is neces­sa­ry based on sta­tu­to­ry requirements.

  • § 35 Fede­ral Data Pro­tec­tion Act: imme­dia­te dele­ti­on (e.g. stored data that is no lon­ger requi­red or prohibited)
  • Under pharmafakt’s gene­ral terms and con­di­ti­ons, project-related results and data will be dele­ted 6 weeks after the end of the project.

Plan­ned Data Trans­fer to Third Countries:

A trans­fer to third count­ries is not curr­ent­ly plan­ned. If data trans­fer to third count­ries should be neces­sa­ry in excep­tio­nal cir­cum­s­tances, it will be effec­ted only in line with the sta­tu­to­ry per­mis­si­bi­li­ty regu­la­ti­ons pur­su­ant to §§ 4b and 4c of the Fede­ral Data Pro­tec­tion Act.
